The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) consolidated all information sharing platforms within the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN). The National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) established a portal on HSIN, which includes an industrial control systems community of interest (COI). Membership in the HSIN NCCIC/ICS-CERT COI is open to U.S. citizens involved in critical infrastructure (owners/operators). Membership is also available, on a case-by-case basis, to integrators and consultants who are directly engaged in supporting cybersecurity for U.S. critical infrastructure control systems.
All requests for membership access must originate from a valid business email address. Email addresses from generic systems, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, etc., do not meet the requirement for a valid business email address.
If you are interested in joining the ICS-CERT COI on HSIN, are a U.S. citizen and meet the essential qualifications noted above, please click the link below to initiate you request for access. The link will open an email and auto-populate the "To:" field and "Subject" line.
Click this link to initiate your access request. (Do NOT use this link to request HSIN access for non-U.S. citizens.)
Non-U.S. citizens can apply for HSIN access by contacting DHS Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C) International Affairs Program at: CS&CinternationalAffairsSupport@hq.dhs.gov.
If you have any questions about the access request process, please contact the HSIN Help Desk at:
